1. Where is your store located?
   - We are a small hardware store situated in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

2. Do you have stock of all products?
   - Please note that our product inventory is limited.

3. Do you offer delivery services?
   - We currently do not offer delivery services. Customers are encouraged to pick up their orders in-store. We prefer customers from Mangaldan to purchase from us to minimize travel inconvenience.

4. What are your operating hours?
   - Our shop operates from 11 pm to 4 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please ask for John, Rico, or Dominic upon arrival.

5. Are the prices listed accurate?
   - Our posted prices may not always be updated. While we endeavor to update them daily, some items may fluctuate in price without prior notice due to varying costs from our suppliers/importers.

6. How can I pick up my order?
   - You can pick up your order between 11 am to 4 pm only, and we will hold your order for 24-48 hours. Please take note to wait for an SMS confirmation if your order is ready for pick-up.

8. Can I opt for same-day store pick-up?
   - If you want SAME-DAY STORE PICK-UP, contact us for further assistance with your order at +63 900 000 0000 (Globe) or +63 900 000 0000 (Smart). Thank you!
